Transitionalist™ Bridging Hospital and Home Care

Meet the dedicated experts driving Winbigler Medical’s innovative care. Together, Jennifer and Brian built Winbigler Medical to create a smarter, safer, more responsive system for in-home care across Tennessee.

Who We Are

Winbigler Medical is a physician-led, pharmacist-supported healthcare organization designed to bridge the widening gap between the hospital and the home. Founded by Dr. Jennifer Winbigler (MD) and Dr. Brian Winbigler (PharmD, MBA)—a husband-and-wife team with decades of combined clinical, operational, and community leadership—Winbigler Medical delivers advanced, technology-enabled patient care where it’s needed most: in the home.

The founders combine deep medical expertise, advanced training, and civic leadership across Tennessee. Jennifer serves as a hospitalist physician, department chair, and community medical leader, while Brian brings pharmaceutical expertise, healthcare operations experience, and statewide public health leadership through overdose prevention and harm-reduction initiatives.

Together, they built Winbigler Medical as a modern clinical partner for health systems and Home Health Agencies (HHAs)—a service rooted in compassion, evidence-based medicine, and scalable innovation.
